Developers have been brainwashed by “agile” practices

I’m sick and tired of the fakery.

Many development teams use the vocabulary. They claim to be “doing agile” — whatever that means. All the “right” words are there: standup, scrum, refinement, etc.

Unfortunately, words and meetings don’t make an agile team.
